She has  conducted peace and conflict impact assessments and evaluations for international and national organizations.  She has received large grants and led research projects in Bougainville, Timor Leste, Northern Ireland and the Solomons. She is passionate about designing programs and training organisations in current peace and conflict methodologies, including Do No Harm, Peace and Conflict Impact Assessment, Strategic Conflict Assessments, and Strategic Peacebuilding processes. She is currently a trainer for the AusAID Peace and Conflict Sensitivity in Development Programming course which she designed. She is also a member of the training roster for the UNDP Pacific Institute for Peacebuilding and Development. She spends time in Fiji, Puddledock and Killough enjoying the company of like minded fellow seekers and is presently obsessed with complexity theory.
